Education:
Mary Pisanelli is a graduate of Johnson & Wales College with an Associates
of Science Degree in Culinary Arts as well as an Associates of Science Degree
in Pastry Arts. | |

Training: At the onset of her career, Mary Pisanelli was Pastry Chef and Co-Owner of one
of the finest pastry shops in the Northeast Ohio, Pastries by Pisanelli. Her
experience, dedication, and her drive for excellence has earned her merit as one
of the best in her profession. Mary Pisanelli, an Executive Pastry Chef, has worked
for some of the largest and most distinguished Four and Five Star Hotels across
the United States. She is presently a Pastry Arts Instructor at The International
School of Culinary Arts and Sciences Institute in Chesterland, Ohio. |

The Breakers Hotel, Palm Beach, Florida,
* Under the direction of Executive Chef Matthias Radits.
The Atlanta Hilton Hotel, Georgia,
* A 1224 room convention hotel with Five Star Restaurant, 'Nickolais Roof'.
The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland, Ohio
The Peabody Hotel, Memphis, Tennessee
* Five Star Restaurant, 'Chez Phillipe'
* While at the Peabody, Mary created beautiful chocolate showpieces in (the
name of music)
for the Grateful Dead, James Taylor, and a Graceland showstopper that
was shown by CNN
'world wide' to recognize Elvis Presley and what he gave to music.
